Our streamlined process ensures your wardrobe updates are risk-free and your satisfaction is always our top priority.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your ONTIME account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive your authorization code.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your account to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange item within 3-5 business days.
